Dear
Brothers and Sisters in Jesus,
A few years ago, St. Michael's Episcopal Church was
looking for someone or something to take it beyond where
it was spiritually to a higher place in God. We have
been a church that has been involved in the charismatic
renewal, healing, evangelism and life in the Holy
Spirit. Yet, we knew there was more. We were looking to
grow in the Spirit but it seems like we had exhausted
our resources within the Episcopal Church.
We had heard about but knew little of the Argentine
Revival. We read about the accounts of what the Holy
Spirit was doing there but had no way or no finances to
be able to go to Argentina.
Then, through the internet I met Pastor J. Conrad
Lampan. We conversed via e-mail. I knew that he was our
best and most available resource to help us with our
growth in the Holy Spirit. We invited Pastor Conrad to
come to St. Michael's for a weekend of revival and
renewal. Conrad came and did what he said he would do,
usher in Jesus and let Jesus be Lord of the weekend. He
received a prophecy that he has to plant a spark of
revival at St. Michael's and we were to fan it into
flame.
During his weekend with us, on the first night almost
everyone in attendance fell out under the power of the
Holy Spirit. A teenage woman who was wondering far from
God and with no spiritual direction came to Jesus anew
and was spiritually set on fire for the Lord. She has
been organizing a Christian youth ministries since that
time forth. A woman had problems with her platelet
count. The doctors could find no way medically to
restore it back to normal. After prayer she had her
platelet count restored by the power of the Holy Spirit.
It has remained normal for many months. Many people had
inner healing. Many others also had a physical healing.
Everyone was touched by the power of the Holy Spirit.
But most importantly, we were given a spark of the
revival in Argentina. We are living into our mission
statement of "going forward in the Holy Spirit".
We now hunger and thirst for more of Jesus and more of
the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We now look
forward with eager anticipation for what Jesus will do
in our lives and in our church when Pastor Conrad
returns to start meetings once a month, beginning on
January 24th, 2003.
His ministry was a great blessing to us and we desire
for his ministry to bless us and others in the Northern
NJ area. We look forward to the Holy Spirit moving in
power and breathing new life and spiritual fire into us
anew when we gather for our night of miracles on Friday
January 24, 2003 at 7:30 PM in St. Michael's Episcopal
Church, 1219 Ratzer Road, Wayne, NJ.
We hope and pray that many will come, be blessed and go
forth and be a blessing to the Body of Christ!
