I was
invited to speak at the "Awakening 2000" Conference in
Idaho. The Lord was present and we had an amazing time
such that people did not want to leave! After the Sunday
morning closing service I retired to my room at the
hotel where the conference was held, and about 10 PM I
passed by the room where we had the conference and there
were people praying there! Jesus was put in the center
of the scene the Holy Spirit moved in many different
ways, in wonders and signs and in miracles.
Saturday evening was a memorable service: it lasted more
than seven hours ! ! !
During the service that evening bad news came for the
young man who played drums. Her two months old baby -who
had been having trouble to breath during that day-
finally stopped breathing and was being rushed to the
hospital. You can imagine the anguish of that young
father!
God instructed us to simply apply the Blood and let the
devil know that the Blood of Jesus -not our power, or
strength- was against him. As the worship team sang once
and again "There is power in the Blood" we did as the
Holy Spirit instructed us to: we prayed that the Blood
of Jesus be applied to the baby. The Lord then said read
Isaiah 53. So we started reading aloud and declaring the
Word, just the Word of God. Later on we received word
from the hospital that the baby was alive!!! Not only
that, she was now breathing normally with no difficulty
at all.
Later that night the whole family came to the meeting
bringing the baby with them. There was a roaring as the
congregation shouted out in praise to the Lord.
There is power in the Blood of the Lamb. Praise the name
of Jesus ! ! !
